After a short visit to the olive groves, you will then visit a famous mill located in the little village of Montenero D’Orcia and explained the process of production, from the harvest to the bottle. Finally you also taste the different varieties of olive oil and discover how to use it in your kitchen. Their sole mission is to produce the highest quality of olive oil possible, even when the weather condition might be adverse and affect the quality of the fruit, just like it happens for the grapes.  In that case they say…
